Expectations and Understandings:
- Customer is responsible for any damage during rental period
- These machines use extensive amounts of power. Must be plugged into dedicated 20amp circuit for 110v machines and dedicated 30amp 220v circuit for twist machine
- Deposit will be required to reserve machines
Cancellations And Refunds
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- No Refunds or Returns on Food Products
- Must Give 48 Hour Notice for cancelations
- Deposit forfeited without 48 Notice of cancelation
- Special order items must be prepaid
- Rescheduled events subject to availability
